  • On January of 1980 in Fairbanks Press Club, Dr. Sahar referred to Afghan resistance against Soviet occupation as "Freedom Fighters" and predicted that Afghans "will defeat the Russians" with certainty with proper help, referring to Afghans as "unconquerable", "unruleable" and very "independent". (3)
  • Read, write and speak Dari, Pashtu, English, Urdu and Arabic. He was also spoke in dialects of Pashay, Sheghni and Baluchi.

  • "A friendly suggestion to the great nation of Iran", an article advising the Iranian Authorities of the time to use their best judgement about Mosadegh, the Prime Minister who was put on trial by the King. The article emphasized the point that destroying a man like Mosadegh may not seem difficult, but surely to find a replacement for such a master was something that the Iranians couldn't afford.   • "Afghanistan and its neigbouring countries" an analysis of our government's policy and if it had national support. Censored by government.
